The staff was amazing and very attentive. They helped me get a moped when I was there and helped me find a new one when I had crashed of the first one. The manager also helped me get to the airport when I couldn’t get a taxi. Overall all of the staff is very friendly and I really like the room itself. The pool was also a nice area and the breakfast was amazing. The breakfast area has an amazing view that overlooks the ocean and it is a really great way to start the day

The pool area was lovely and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was served on the rooftop, there was work going on however they made me aware which was no problem, the view to the beach was lovely!

The kindness of the staff and the pool. Also, as I wanted to try local food not available in their menu, they offered as a gift for us the Babi Guling (local food). Finally, our flight was very early, they prepared for us boxed breakfast to go.

Nice location - well located in a quiet area, the people were always nice and ready to assist with everything you need, great breakfast and the food served in the restaurant is good with a fair price. I highly recommend this place!

Great quiet place to relax with lovely pool. Exceptional rooftop views. Breakfast was very enjoyable. The staff were the best. There are heaps of restaurants 12 min walk away with great seafood a speciality. Two convenience stores 10 minutes walk, plenty of taxis and bikes available. Highly recommend for a relaxing break.

Lovely hotel. Clean spacious bedroom and bathroom. Pool was lovely. Went into it around 1.30pm and it was a perfect temperature. Had 5 month old old with us who also enjoyed the pool. Rooftop is lush and nice for sunset . Breakfast was included and we had the pancakes which were delicious. About 20 mins in taxi to main strip along beach. However there are quite a few shops / restaurants within area. Would stay again .

This villa is located on a hill just a 5-10 minutes walk from the beach. Our room had a nice view on Jimbaran beach, the gardens and swimmingpool. The food was very good. We evey day had breakfast at the rooftop restaurant. Personnel was very friendly.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area. Pool being available all the time is perfect. Good choices of breakfast and good quality.
